{Not Your Average} Mexican Layered Bean Dip - An Affair from the Heart

This is my favorite Mexican layered dip, it’s been in my recipe book for YEARS.  I can’t believe I have never shared it with you?!

Mexican Layered Bean Dip

Sure, it takes a few more ingredients, and a bit more time, than just beans, salsa and taco toppings, but trust me, it’s all worth it.  It makes enough to feed a LARGE  crowd.  you can cut it in half easily for a smaller get together.

This dip starts with Frito Lay Bean Dip!

It’s creamy and delicious, because that scrumptious-on-its-own Frito Bean Dip is mixed with cream cheese and sour cream.  You’re going to need to grab an extra bag of chips,  because everyone loves this one!

I took a 9×13 pan of it to our super bowl get together.   It’s the perfect tailgating snack, or movie munchie.  Heck, make it for a weekend at home — you can make a meal out of it!
